It is imperative to ensure that college students are supported to step into this potential new reality of a virtual workplace. As we see more organizations embrace temporary work from home policies for current employees as a way to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we’re likely seeing the transition to a paradigm shift that involves more virtual work. However, this shift can be jarring for someone who has yet to enter formal professional spaces, such as college students.
